The Donalda Village Christmas was a huge success.

The Christmas Market at the Community Hall had 65 tables of any different type of wares. There were lots of happy customers. The concession run by the Donalda Library was able to satisfy the hungry customers with hot dogs, chilli, goodies and beverages.

Santa visited the his Shopping Centre at 3 p.m. and handed out candy bags and plush toys to the many children. The day was the right temperature for the Wagon rides provided by Wayne & Karen Long. Everyone really enjoyed the ride. The parade of lights was short but great, and then the display of fireworks ended the day.

The Donalda School Art Gala & Auction was held Dec. 9 with guest Auctioneer Kevin Sorenson.
