If you recognize the famed quote from Sophia of the Golden Girls, or are a fan of the hit TV series, it’s time to glam up, or don your best nightgown, for a night of fun.
The North Okanagan Community Life Society’s (NOCLS) annual spring fundraiser is going back to 1980’s Miami for a Golden Girls theme night Friday, May 10.
Bring your best Rose, Dorothy, Blanche, or Sophia costume and join the party (and see how many Stanley Zbornak’s will show up).
The Stay Golden evening includes music from DJ Miss Demeanour, Golden Girls themed drag performances by Freida Whales and special guest, a photobooth, games, trivia, food drinks and more (don’t forget the cheesecake).

By supporting NOCLS’ fundraisers, like Stay Golden, you help to build affordable housing for individuals with disabilities and families.
