New data points to safe reopening, Alberta premier says

Alberta Premier Jason Kenney says as of Monday restaurants and hair salons in Calgary and Brooks can open their doors. Shop opening in those two cities was delayed last week due to high COVID-19 case numbers, but Kenney says new statistics show it’s now safe to open.
