On Sunday, Feb. 4th, our club public speaking took place at the New Norway Agri-Plex.

Junior member Danny Healing placed first in his division and Intermediate members, Catharina Brosinsky placed first, Tessa Morrison placed second and Cassandra Snider placed third in their division. David Smith also presented.

A job well done to all our members. Aleesa Morrison and Annika Harris were the Emcees for the afternoon.

Catharina, Tessa and Danny will move on to the Zone level, to be held at the Bashaw United Church on Feb. 25th at 1:00 p.m.

On Family Day, some of our members headed to the slopes of Canyon Ski Hill for the Lacombe District Ski day. We had a great day with great company.

In closing, we’d like to share the 4-H philosophy with you: 4-H is young people and adults learning project and life skills, cooperating and having fun together, sharing leadership and learning to do by doing.
