Fun-filled fundraiser - An enthusiastic crowd of around 125 people enjoyed a great meal and the wonderful entertainment of The Popovich’s on June 3 at the Spring into Summer fundraiser at the Bashaw Community Centre. The event, which also featured a large number of silent auction items along with a beef on a bun supper and desserts, raised money for the non-profit Bashaw Meadows Residents Association to support recreational opportunities at the seniors’ facility.
