Camrose RCMP are investigating a report of a stolen church bell. Sometime between July 19 and July 24, 2021, unknown suspects stole a copper bell from the Ukrainian Catholic Church – Exaltation of the Holy Cross, in the community of Hay Lakes, Alta.
The bell is estimated at 500 lbs and is engraved with the lettering “Shawaga.”
Camrose RCMP are asking the public’s assistance for any information in relation to this incident.
