NOTICE OF CANCELLATION INFORMATION ONLY
Environmental Protection and Enhancement Act (EPEA) Registration No. 00253002-00-00 was issued on April 22, 2009, to MHI Ventures Inc. for the construction, operation, and reclamation of a pit located on NE 1⁄4 of Section 14 in Township 042, Range 21, West of 4th Meridian.
Reclamation Certificate 00490231-00-00 has been issued by Alberta Environment and Protected Areas and EPEA Registration No. 00253002-00-00 is no longer required for the above-mentioned pit.
In accordance with the EPEA and the regulations, the Director has cancelled EPEA Registration No. 00253002-00-00.
