On July 21, 2023, Angus Berndt Braseth of Bashaw passed away in Lacombe at the age of 92 years. Angus will be sadly missed and lovingly remembered by his two sons: Barry & Leon (Kari); daughter-in-law Lissa; chosen daughter Shanda (Darryl) Hassen; his grandchildren Brandon & Chelsea Braseth, Nicole Muhly, Dylan Braseth, Erika (Chuck) Ames, Karleen Braseth and Megan (Tommy) Braseth, Nicholas and Nathan Hassen & Josh Marks; his 6 great-grandchildren: Brandon Braseth, Soren Muhly, Ethan Orser, Emma Braseth, Scarlet & Matilda Ames; and many extended family. Angus was predeceased by his wife Ruby; son Wayde; parents James & Myrtle Braseth; and siblings Marlene & Russel. A private Funeral Service is being held.
