It is with great sadness that the family of Barbara Judith Marks announces her passing after complications from cancer, on Saturday, February 29, 2020, at the age of 64 years. Barb will be lovingly remembered by her children Joshua and Brandi. Barb will also be fondly remembered by her grandchild Quinn; and by her brothers Raymond and Gordon. Barb was predeceased by her mother Julia and her father Garnett.
Barb moved to Alberta in 1973 and never looked back. Her love of the outdoors included camping, fishing, and gardening. She was an avid pool player and had many friends in the community.
A Memorial Service for immediate family in memory of Barb will be held in Calgary on Saturday, March 14, 2020. A Service for friends will follow at a later date in the Bashaw community.
Those who so desire may make donations in memory of Barb to the Alberta Cancer Foundation, in her name.
